STREET DANCE INFO

The music is a mix of pop, hip hop, R&B, chart music and street mixes that will captivate children's attention. The class consists of a warmup using dynamic stretching and mobility and release exercises. The main part of the class will be routine based followed by a step by step  guide of slowed down steps and vocabulary, street dance
circle- tricks and a gentle cool down to stretch and release the muscles. The dance steps can be adapted for different abilities and ages.
