14 DAYS UNTIL KIDS HALLOWEEN WORKSHOPS BEGIN IN LONG DITTON
Scales & Tales are very excited about our brand new Halloween workshops. I am busy putting together all the music, drama pieces and the choreography with huge help from our new recruit, Jess Mason (Dance Teacher). The children over the three day workshops will be divided into two groups depending on their age. All the improvisations, dances and musical theatre pieces we have worked on will be performed on the last day. There will be a general Halloween theme with emphasis on the following; 'The Haunted House', 'Monsters', 'The Witch and Wizard School' and 'Spooky Families'. I am sure that some of the audience will recognise the songs and dance moves from popular musicals and films. The children's faces will be made up to look a little more creepy using special costume makeup. The stage will be errected soon and the PA system ready to go. We are all looking forward to having a fun, exciting and creative time very soon. Photos to follow!
